Ayurveda defines ¨alimentation¨ as the ability to choose wisely what are we going to eat. Food is understood not only as what we eat through our mouth but what enters through each of our senses: what we choose to see, listen to, experience, the relationships we have, who we surround ourselves with, etc ... for this reason Ayurveda and "Conscious eating" are much more than a simple diet, it is a way of life .
