ABHYANGA MASSAGE
Abhyanga is a massage that it is done with warm oil. The oil is chosen according to the patients dosha and it is applied on the entire body from the scalp to the soles of the feet. When combined with massage strokes, marma therapy and stretch massage it promotes overall health and wellness.
