Doshas are the life forces found in all things. They are three: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Depending on whether they are in balance or not, the state of health or disease will occur.

The knowledge of your body constitution (or prakriti), serves to know what habits it would be advisable for you to start adopting to be healthier.

You can do the test in two ways depending on what you want to know:
